Get your kicks with a Mustang '66. If you want to get noticed as you drive around Brisbane then classic car hire is your answer. Perhaps you want to make a memorable arrival at a wedding or formal, or maybe you want to cruise in style in Brisbane and surrounds. Live your dream with a Mustang '66.

The Ford Mustang was first introduced in 1964, and to say it was an instant success is an understatement. In less then two years, one million cars had been produced. The popularity of this initial design can be seen to this day with the retro-style re-releases of the 5th generation Mustang. Ford originally intended the model to be named after the famous P-51 Mustang fight of World War II, but the American public associated the name with native wild horses, and so the pony car was born.

When you arrive to pick up the Mustang, we will present you with your car document pack. This pack includes a history of the Mustang, some suggested routes to drive during your day, as well as some more formal documents that we'll need to complete with you.

You'll then spend some time with us going over a few of the individual features that the car has. We want to make sure you are comfortable driving it before you head off. Then the car is all yours for 24 hours!

Feel free to call us with any questions or issues as you drive the Mustang around Brisbane and its surrounds. You then return the vehicle to the pick-up point at the same time the next day.

Our Ford Mustang is a 1966 convertible, built in San Jose, California, and converted to right-hand drive in Australia in 1998. It is champagne silver in colour with an off-white pony interior and automatic transmission mated to the 289 engine. The great thing about the Mustang is that you can bring a couple of friends for the cruise, as it sits four, and there's plenty of space in the boot (make that 'trunk') for a picnic or some overnight bags!

Guidelines:

Drivers must be over 25 years old and have held an acceptable driver's licence for over two years. You must also comply with and sign our standard terms and conditions.You will need to leave a security deposit of $1000 on a valid credit card to cover insurance excess and bond.

Numbers:

The Mustang is a four-seater roadster. The number of passengers including the driver must not exceed the manufacturer's stated capacity. There is no limit to the number of drivers, providing they fit the Participant Guidelines above.

Weather:

In the case of poor weather conditions we will reschedule your classic car hire for a later date.

Session Length:

The Mustang is available for hire 365 days a year. Bookings are essential and are subject to availability. General pick-up times are 9.30am or 4pm, however we can be flexible where possible. The Mustang will be yours for a full 24 hours!

Extra Info:

The cost of vehicle hire is fully inclusive except for the cost of fuel. You will be required to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. The security deposit will require available funds of $1000. You will also be required to accept and sign our terms and conditions on the day of hire.

This experience voucher is valid for six months from date of purchase.
