Try a 1 day Defensive Driving Program suited to drivers of all ages and excellent for P Platers. Using your own vehicle (regular passenger sedans, four wheel drives or light commercial vehicles), this program will give you vital knowledge and skills that could save your life. And it’s a lot of fun!

The full day defensive driving program involves both theory and practical sessions, including:

Knowing your vehicle, its technology and limitations with particular emphasis on steering, brakes (ABS), tyres and pressures and safety checks,
Knowing yourself as a driver, defensive driving principles, attitudes and behaviour, skill level, dealing with over confidence and common road safety myths,
Avoiding on road emergency situations, getting to grips with speed and stopping distances,
Skid causation and prevention,
Understanding road law and road law traps,
All practical driving activities are conducted on wet road surfaces to protect your tyres.

The program is presented with full multi media support and you will receive a comprehensive Safe Driving Workbook and a Drivers Handbook that covers the total program content and Certificate.

NSW – Quakers Hill, Oran Park, VIC – Sanddown, Calder Park, QLD – Willowbank, SA – Adelaide International Raceway, WA – AHG Centre, Perth.

Guidelines:

You must hold a minimum P Plate licence and provide your own vehicle on the day.

Numbers:

This experience is conducted in your own car. We operate with a maximum of 40 people in the group with 1 trainer to every 10 drivers in the practical activities.

Session Length:

Courses are a full day in duration, commencing at 8.30am and concluding at 4.30pm. Availability changes weekly so you will need to book well in advance if you want to take your defensive driving course on a weekend.
