Personal Training Introductory Experience
What is the Experience?
Ever wanted to know what it’s like to have your own personal trainer? Friendly trainers, amazing equipment and facilities, a supportive culture and a strong track record of success – just the place to experience the difference a personal trainer can make to achieving your health and fitness goals!
In this introductory personal training experience, you will receive 3 x 60 minute personal training sessions.
Your one-on-one personal training experience will start with your personal trainer spending time with you to understand your goals and level of experience with training.
While you’re getting changed in a private change room with a secure clothes locker, your trainer will develop a program designed to get you started on the road to personal fitness success.
You’ll enjoy an invigorating hour of cardiovascular exercise, strength training and stretches. Our cardio and strength equipment is provided by LifeFitness and Hammer Strength and is state-of-the-art. During the hour, your trainer will coach you on correct technique and motivate you to achieve the most in your session while staying safe at all times. Learn how to target particular parts of the body or get tips from your trainer on general fitness and nutrition. Our purpose-built training studio is air-conditioned and because we control the number of people working out at any one time, it’s never crowded and there are no queues for equipment.
We’ll supply you with a workout towel for your session and, after your workout, you will also find bath towels in your locker. You can enjoy a superb shower in your own private bathroom, complete with complimentary toiletries and hairdryer. In the reception area you will find a range of cold drinks and Musashi products available for purchase to replenish your body. Before you leave, make appointments for your next two sessions, when you will find that your trainer has added variety and new challenges to the session, to keep you motivated.

Session Length
Your introductory personal training experience will comprise of 3 x 60 minute sessions. Our studio is open Monday to Friday from 6am to 9pm. Saturday from 8am to 2pm. Other times by arrangement. Appointments are required for all sessions.

Guidelines:
Before training, completion of a pre-exercise questionnaire is required. If a medical risk exists, a doctor’s certification may be required before commencing an exercise program.
Numbers:
You will be one-on-one with your personal trainer. Numbers are strictly limited in the studio to ensure an uncrowded and more private experience.
Weather:
This experience is not affected by the weather. Our purpose-built training studio is air-conditioned for your comfort.

Our personal trainers are qualified professionals who have extensive experience in working with people at all levels of fitness from elite athletes to those who are just getting started on meeting their health and fitness goals.
This experience voucher is valid for six months from date of purchase.
