Whether you choose to eat gluten-free for medical reason or whether it is purely a personal preference, this gluten-free cooking class is exactly what you’re looking for. Learn a range of gluten-free recipes and plenty of gluten-free cooking tips!

This gluten-free cooking class provides you with the answers to your gluten-free needs!

Gluten-free cooking classes are held at venues that are fully-equipped with the latest equipment and facilities. So all you need to do is turn up and start cooking!

During your cooking class you will learn the basics of gluten-free cooking and cook a range of delicious gluten-free recipes from a set theme. Themes include – Classic French, Pastries & Cakes, Malaysian, Spices from Thailand, Modern Middle Eastern, Batters & Yeast Goods, Tastes of Japan, Modern Italian, Saucy Puddings, Creative Pizzas, Crunchy Crumbles and Mousses & Jelly. You will cook a good range of dishes, from entrees through to basic desserts.

Classes are of a good size, with around 10 – 20 people per class. All ingredients and utensils will be provided and you will get containers to take any leftover food home with your afterwards. You will also be provided with an apron which will be yours to keep.

This gluten-free cooking class is a great gift for coeliacs and people who are gluten-intolerant or who simply want to be healthy. It’s also a fantastic class for anyone who wants learn how to cook gluten-free food for someone they love.

Venue:

Cooking classes are held at two different locations – Box Hill Tafe and Victoria University, Footscray. Both within 20km of the Melbourne CBD.

You must be 14 years of age or older to participate in this experience.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for one person. There will be 10 – 20 participants in your cooking class.

This experience is not affected by the weather.

Session Length:

Cooking classes are held on every second Saturday and Sunday of the month. There are two sessions each day – starting at 8.30am and 1.30pm. Bookings are essential and are subject to availability. The duration of your cooking class will be four hours.
