Great for keeping your mind and body in shape, our 6 month Sydney gym membership is bound to keep you looking and feeling fantastic! You’ll enjoy the benefits of yoga and pilates, fitness training and a heated pool. This is a great way to strengthen your body and free your mind!

With this 6 month health club membership you’ll be looking good and feeling great in no time! You’ll get to choose from one of three different gyms to workout at, and all are in close proximity to the Sydney CBD. Our gyms boast warm, relaxing and welcoming environments where you are sure to feel comfortable and constantly inspired to do your best! Our team of experienced and professional instructors will inspire and guide you. We teach authentic styles of yoga and our pilates instructors are internationally accredited. This is the perfect workout space!

When you walk into our health club you’ll notice a distinct difference in the way you feel. The lighting will immediately sooth you. The earthy tones of the décor will calm yet energise you. Subtle sounds will elevate your mood. You’ll see exquisite oriental artwork on display. The aromatherapy soap in the bathrooms will stimulate your wellbeing long after you’ve left the premises. Our health clubs are restful sanctuaries where you can revitalise your mind, body and spirit and gain inspiration from and with other like-minded people!

Your 6-month health club membership includes:

Membership access to your chosen health club for 6 months,
Unlimited classes and use of equipment,
Pilates Reformer Classes in dedicated studios,
Pilates Mat Classes,
Authentic Yoga (Hatha, Iyengar and Ashtanga),
Cardio equipment and weight training,
Use of executive change rooms and lockers.

Included at our Bondi Junction location ONLY is:

Group Exercise – step, cycling, dance, pump style,
Use of steam rooms.

Please Note: This health club membership allows you access into the health club at your one chosen location ONLY. Other facilities, including massage therapy and nutritional information, personal training, pre / post natal classes, are available for an additional cost.

Where & When
Suitability & Guidelines

Venue:

We have three clubs at different locations throughout Sydney. Two are located within the Sydney CBD. The other is located at Bondi Junction – approximately 6km east of the Sydney CBD.

Session Length

Your membership will last for 6 months after redemption of your gift voucher. Clubs have varied timetables and are open on both weekends and weekdays, with opening hours ranging from 6am to 9pm. Your membership is only valid at one health club – please advise us of your preferred location.

Guidelines:

You must be 16 years of age or over to become a member. You will need to bring a towel with you each time you visit. Alternatively, towels are available for hire at a rate of $3 per towel, per session.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for one 6-month health club membership for one person. You must redeem your voucher before your health club membership becomes active. You must only visit your nominated health club for the 6-month duration of your membership.

Weather:

This experience is not affected by the weather.

Other Info:

You will be required to complete a confidential questionnaire to assist us in assessing your current health and physical readiness to participate in exercise. People with certain medical conditions may need to obtain clearance from a qualified medical practitioner prior to commencing activity.
