Pizza Cooking Class
What is the Experience?
Adelaide's pizza cooking class will teach you to create mouthwatering pizza! Forget the frozen substitute and enroll in this amazing pizza cooking class! Your pizza aficionado wants to show you a thing or two about authentic Italian. There's no more hands-on and friendly class in all Adelaide!
When you want to create great food, do as the Romans do! Using our traditional pizza recipe, you’ll learn to create the perfect crust and base. We use the freshest ingredients only found in an authentic Italian cucina and create classic pizzas the way they were meant to be made.
Your culinary leader, Kris, is vastly experienced in the age-old craft of pizza making. Today he has turned his skill into a successful gourmet pizza store and catering business.
When we say ‘hands-on’ pizza making, we mean it! With the guidance of Kris, you’ll start with the foundation: creating the dough from scratch. Then, using your hands as your tool, you'll learn technique to correctly knead the dough, ensuring a perfect pizza base every time.
Like all Italian masterpieces, it takes time. So, we let the dough sit and rest a while before rolling it out. Kris will help you discover the art of pizza dough tossing! It can be a messy affair with flying pizzas, but we guarantee the funnest learning experience this side of the Leaning Tower!
Take it in any direction you like! Make pizza as simple as a margherita or as dramatic as an Italian opera! When you’ve finished creating your signature pizza, we fire up the oven to its highest temperature setting and cook it ‘til the cheese starts to bubble and ‘til the deep aromas have aroused your appetite and your tastebuds!
Italian cooking is all about coming and eating together. As the pizzas come out of the oven, we gather together to share a slice with a nice drop. Buon Appetito!
