What is the Experience?

Congratulations. You are new parents! Capture this special occasion with a new parent portrait photo shoot either before or after your baby is born. Visit our Perth studio for a portrait session with a professional photographer who will capture the joy and happiness that your new baby will bring.

On the day of your experience you will arrive at our Perth studio, ready to have your new parent portrait taken. This portrait session is a celebration of new life. It celebrates parenthood and the wonder and joy that a new child can bring.

You will be with your photographer and photographer’s assistant who will ensure the best lighting, framing and composition for your photo so that your precious moments are perfectly captured. The studio portrait session will be a wonderful experience.

The possibilities for a new parent portrait are endless. You may choose to have a photo taken before the baby is born – a picture of you, your partner and your beautiful round belly. Or you may choose to have your portrait session after your baby is born. A photo of Dad and baby makes for a captivating image. We also do beautiful portraits with Mum nursing the baby. For something a bit different, you might want to bring the grandparents of the baby for a heart-warming portrait capturing three generations.

After the photo shoot you will be given a sample 5x7 inch photo. You can choose to have your photo printed in black and white, colour or sepia. Additional photos are available for purchase on the day.

Your new parent portrait will be cherished forever and will make a wonderful addition to a baby’s album or a beautiful present for a doting relative.

Session Length

Studio opening hours are 9.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. We are able to do weekend and evening photo shoots. Bookings are essential. The duration of this experience is approximately one hour.

Additional photographs are available for purchase, with prices starting at $140 for a 5x7 inch print. Any additional photos of the same image are half price.

This experience voucher is valid for six months from date of purchase.
