Horse riding lessons are the ideal way to learn confidence, balance and co-ordination in a controlled environment. Come and learn at Australia's largest horse riding centre where we have the flexibility to offer lessons in an arena, out on a trail or a combination of both.

We are Australia's largest horse riding centre - a magnificent 3000 acre property surrounded by National Park. With over 200 horses available and 50kms of trails to explore to provide you with an unforgettable horse riding experience. Less than one hour from Sydney or Newcastle and 20 minutes from Gosford, you can ride through unspoilt Australian bush and canter across lush green valleys.

Our lessons are provided in accordance with a training plan which amongst other things includes grooming, saddling, ground control, walking, trotting and cantering in harmony with the horse. As riders advance we will progress to lateral movement, rounding and collecting, and jumping. Various exercises and activities are also used to increase co-ordination and to let students experience the different types of riding disciplines that may interest them. We specialise in giving you individual attention and also have a variety of activities and classes designed especially for children. This experience is for 8 x 1/2 hour private lessons.

PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons, we reserve the right to postpone your experience due to extreme weather conditions such as persistent rain, 36 degree plus heat or strong winds. In the event that your experience is postponed, we will reschedule your experience for a later date.

Peats Ridge – 1 hour from the Harbour Bridge, 20 minutes from Hornsby, or 15 minutes from Gosford.

Guidelines:

Riders will be required to sign an application to ride form prior to each lesson. Riders under 18 will need to be signed by parent or guardian. You must be at least 6 years of age to undertake this experience.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for one person. This is a private lesson with your instructor.

Weather:

Lessons are generally conducted in all weather conditions. Cancellation for safety reasons due to extreme weather conditions such as persistent rain, 36 degree + heat or strong winds will result in a replacement lesson being offered on another day.

Session Length:

8 x ½ hour private lessons. By appointment only. This experience operates on weekends only. We recommend you book at least 7 days in advance of your preferred date.

Extra Info:

Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you wish to postpone your lessons, otherwise you will forfeit your fees. If less than 48 hours notice is provided, 50% of the lesson fees will be credited towards a future lesson. Cancellation on the day of your lesson will result in 100% being forfeited.
