What is the Experience?

The helicopter doors are OFF to intensify the experience and give you maximum exposure to the water and scenic cliffs below. This flight path includes Cape Banks, Bare Island, Wedding Cake Island, Coogee & Bondi Beaches. THIS FLIGHT DOES NOT FLY OVER SYDNEY HARBOUR.

This amazing Coastal Rush scenic helicopter flight offers you a way to experience pure adrenalin in a helicopter performing aerial manoeuvres along Sydney’s magnificent coastline. To intensify this experience, the helicopter doors are removed and there is nothing between you and the plunging water below. Instructions include 'belt up and hold on'! as your pilot performs manouevres that will satisfy any thrill seeker.

PLEASE NOTE: A fuel surcharge of $10.00 per passenger is payable upon arrival at our Sydney Airport Terminal.

Session Length

The Coastal Rush Flight itself is approximately 20-25 minutes in duration. Flights operate 7 days a week. A routine safety briefing is also conducted prior to take off, and passengers are required to arrive 15 mins prior to take off. The experience in total is roughly 40 minutes.

Guidelines:

Any passengers weighing more than 110kg may incur an additional cost. Each flight has a maximum total weight limit including fuel, passengers etc. If the weight limit is exceeded due to a passenger weighing more than the limit of 110kg the cost of an additional seat may apply.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for one person. Minimum booking for a flight to run is 2 passengers (single passenger bookings on existing flights only). MAXIMUM 3 PASSENGERS PER FLIGHT.

Weather:

In the event of rain or unpleasant weather, the flight will go ahead if it is safe to do so. If however, visibility is too low, rain is too heavy or the winds are too strong for the flight to operate safely, it will be cancelled and rescheduled.
