We have painted portraits of famous Chefs during the Sydney Good Food Month in 2004 as well as a painting of one of their culinary inspirations: Wakuda Tetsuya, Serge Dansereau, Cheong Liew and Haru Inukai to name a few.

To start the process you will need to provide an existing image preferably in colour. We suggest a set of three good quality high resolution pictures (300 dpi), which can be emailed as jpeg files. We will select the best version for reproduction.

Our professional artist will then reproduce your image on to canvas. Finally, your painting will be shipped to you or your loved ones anywhere in Australia.

Session Length:

Your artwork will be delivered to you within 1 month of the consultation. Expect slightly longer after Christmas as it is a busy time! We also advise you to let the painting breathe (i.e. don't leave it rolled up for too long) so it can dry better, this can take up to a few months!

Extra Info:

We do not 'interpret' the original image with colour variation, pointillist style transformed etc. Our aim is to be as close as possible to the original image you supply. All works are hand-painted. This size canvas is a suitable size for a portrait of 2 people, landscape or similar.
