Come on board for a fishing adventure and spend some time with your son or daughter. You and your child can take your chance at hooking a snapper, giant flathead, squid, elephant fish or shark – they are all just a cast away! On board enjoy a sausage sizzle for afternoon tea and light refreshments.

Your fishing vessel will be located an easy five minute walk from St Kilda. Upon arrival you will both be given a full safety and security brief prior to the vessel leaving port.

The boat has marine toilet facilities, a large customer ice box, sound system, plus fish finding and GPS equipment to make your fishing day more successful. Your skipper takes real pride in his extraordinary knowledge and passion for fishing, life at sea and the environment.

Your trip will include:

A complimentary sausage sizzle
Your catch cooked on board on request - time permitting
All equipment, consisting of easy-to-use spinning reels
All legal size fish cleaned and bagged for you to take home

IMPORTANT: You MUST have a fishing licence. Licences are valid for 48 hours at a cost of $5.50 per person and are available online for purchase from the following web address - http://www.dpi.vic.gov.au/dpi/index.htm. They are also available at most Shell service stations.

PLEASE NOTE: This experience operates on Sunday afternoons only. The price quoted is for one adult and one child aged 7 - 12 years. The child MUST be able to fit into a child's life jacket and be supervised at all times.

Guidelines:

You must be over seven years of age. You need to inform us if you have diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, or other pre-existing medical conditions or if you are on medication. Not suitable during pregnancy or for those deemed at increased health risk. We have the right of refusal.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for one adult and one child aged 7 - 12 years. We operate with a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 16 passengers.

Weather:

All trips are subject to weather conditions. We will SMS you between 4.30pm and 6pm the night before to confirm the weather forecast for your fishing day. We reserve the right to cancel the trip at short notice and rescheduled it for a later date.

Session Length:

Please Note: This voucher is valid for travel on Sunday afternoons only. Fishing trips are available all year round. This fishing trip is an afternoon trip from 12:30pm - 4:30pm (four hours). Please arrive 30 minutes prior. Bookings should be made 7-14 days in advance.

Extra Info:

You will be required to sign a liability release form prior to departure. The vessel has full facilities on board. Alcohol is permitted in the form of canned beer only and with a limit of four cans per person.
