A unique team challenge where teams compete to make a busker famous and generate money for charity. Preparation starts 3 weeks out and anticipation builds until the day of the 'Busk Off'. The result, an incredible corporate team building project that will capture the imagination.
Prior to the ‘Busk Off’ each team receives a promotional budget which they must use to hire a busker, busking location and pay for all promotional materials and activities. A variety of buskers are available for hire and a number of busking locations are available to rent.
Some buskers may be more talented than others and some locations more prestigious. Talent and location comes at a price and teams must take calculated risks in order to spend their budgets wisely.
Information on available buskers and 'Busk Off' locations will be emailed to teams prior the event, with respective prices.
Hilarious bios will describe the relative merits of a variety of weird and wonderful performers and performance locations.
After time to review performers and locations teams bid for performers and locations at a 'Busk Off' auction held at your office prior to the event.
Further 'Busk Off' information will also appear on a branded website that will be regularly updated during the lead up to the event.
Rules determine how promotional budgets can be spent and all promotional strategies are signed off prior to the event.
On the day of the 'Busk Off' a private coach transfers teams and buskers to 'Busk Off' locations.
Promotional activities swing into action and at a given time buskers take to their respective street corners and start performing.
Teams have 2 hours to promote their busker and generate an appreciative audience for a 1 hour show. 'Busk Off' Judges are on hand throughout to ensure fair play.
At the end of the show buskers step down, donations are calculated and the team that has generated the most cash wins!
All cash generated is donated to a charity of choice.
The result is a unique ‘feel good’ team building challenge/project that will capture their imagination before, during and after the event.

There are no restrictions to taking part in 'Busk Off', other than a sense of humour
Numbers:
'Busk Off' can be successfully delivered for groups of up to 100 people. The group is divided into teams. The maximum number of participants is determined by availability of buskers and performance locations.
Weather:
Wherever possible the supplier will secure public spaces that afford protection from the weather.
Session Length:
The ‘Busk Off’ is a half day activity that can take place in the morning or afternoon. Engagement starts three weeks prior to delivery with online information and e-teasers.
