What is the Experience?

Plunge into this amazing underwater world and discover a reef teeming with sharks, imposing stingrays and majestic turtles as you swim your way around Western Australia’s largest salt water aquarium in this incredible shark diving experience!

Get ready for the underwater adventure of a lifetime! Diving with the sharks is the perfect opportunity to get up close and very personal with those menacing creatures of the deep!

Your shark dive adventure begins as you arrive at our office in the southern suburbs of Perth, where you’ll be equipped with a full set of the latest Scubapro diving equipment. You’ll then transfer to the Aquarium, where after a walk through the many aquariums and displays, you will be briefed on your shark diving adventure.

After getting kitted up, you’ll enter the water with one of the Aquarium’s professional divers who will lead you through the massive underwater world. Be sure to look for shark teeth on the bottom, as these are the much prized trophies which are often collected by divers on this shark diving encounter! Your 45 minute diving experience will leave you in awe as you swim with some of the most intriguing creatures of the Indian Ocean. We’ll even supply you with an under water camera so you can take amazing photographs from within the Aquarium and capture memories that will last a lifetime!

After your 45 minute dive, you will receive a complimentary beverage and a chance to share your experience with friends and family members (discounted entry into the Aquarium is available) and then you’ll have the opportunity to look around the facilities once again or purchase a few souvenirs from the gift shop.

Upon your return to our venue in the south of Perth, you will be presented with a framed wall certificate to show off your tremendous courage and shark diving adventure to friends and family!

Suitability & Guidelines

Venue:

Canning Vale, Western Australia - approximately 30 minutes south of the Perth CBD.

Session Length

Shark dives are available 7 days a week, all year round. Weekend bookings should be made a minimum of one month in advance. All bookings are subject to availability. Please allow a full day for this activity, which commences at 8.30am and conclude at around 4pm.

Guidelines:

You must be a certified Open Water Diver or PADI scuba diver. Divers under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent/guardian to be witnessed by the aquarium on the day of the activity. Photocopies of certification cards will not be accepted.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for one person. We operate with a maximum of 4 people in the group.

Weather:

This experience is not affected by the weather.

Other Info:

You will need to bring a towel, swimwear and your Dive Certification Card. We will provide you with an underwater camera for use during the dive. You will be diving in salt water and there are hot shower facilities available to freshen up after the dive.
