A must for all beer lovers - an experience taking you to the finest brewery of boutique beers, Redoak. Sit back and listen to the brewer and beer sommelier while they take you on a 2.5 hr beer journey, learn about tasting, beer and food matching, the importance of glassware and the brewing process.

On the day of your beer tasting class, you will be welcomed by the staff and offered a drink on arrival to be enjoyed at the Bar.

You will then take a seat in the Beer Class room to be joined by a beer sommelier and the brewer (David Hollyoak). The time consists of hearing about Beer while the staff present you with different beers complimented with small entrée size food matchings.

Sit back and enjoy two and a half hours of eating and drinking Redoak delights.

Explore the different brewing techniques
Understand the brewing process and what makes a beer
Learn about various beer styles from around the world
Learn how to better enjoy your beer by being aware of its style, quality, glassware, environment and what it is eaten with
Experience first hand the pleasure of matching beer and food perfectly thereby developing your palate and appreciation of boutique premium beer and fine food
Take home a special, mixed selection of our boutique beers to enjoy (exclusive to RedBalloon customers only).

You MUST be over 18 years of age to participate in this experience.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for one person. Groups will vary from 10 to 35 people.

This experience takes place indoors and is therefore not affected by the weather.

Session Length:

The class usually runs on the first Saturday of each month from 5pm to 7.30pm.
