Nothing conjures up fear and excitement quite like sky diving! Get prepared to jump at 14,000ft over the Fraser Coast, with spectacular views of Fraser Island, the ocean and Rainbow Beach. With up to 65 seconds of freefall, this is one of the most exhilarating experiences on the planet!

Tandem sky diving is the best way to experience your first sky dive – secured to an experienced instructor.

On the day of your tandem sky dive, you’ll meet your experienced and expert tandem instructor. After a quick one-on-one training session, it’s time to head to the airfield in preparation for your flight to 14,000ft! During the flight you will take in the magnificent views of the region as the plane climbs to height. You’ll see some amazing coastline including Fraser Island, Double Island Point, and the coloured sands that Rainbow Beach is famous for – in fact there are 72 different colours in total!

Before long, it’s time to head towards the door and it’s exit time! As you exit, you’ll freefall out of the plane at speeds of up to 220km/h for up to 65 seconds before soaring like an eagle under parachute. Top it all off by landing right on the main beach in front of town. It is an experience not to be missed!

With our personalised service we guarantee maximum fun for your sky diving experience. You can also complement your jump with your own personalised DVD and digital photos (additional cost).

Guidelines:

You must weigh less than 100kg and be a minimum of 14 years of age to participate (parent / guardian consent is required if under 18 years of age). Please Note: There is a compulsory $25pp APF sky dive levy payable directly to the supplier on the day of your jump.

Weather:

This experience is affected by the weather. Sky diving is subject to adverse weather conditions. In the event of poor conditions, we may choose to delay your jump or reschedule it for another day. If you are concerned about the weather on the day of your jump, please contact the supplier.

Session Length:

Please allow up to 2 hours for your sky diving experience. We operate 7 days a week, all year round, subject to availability. Jump times are available from sunrise to sunset. Bookings are essential. Your jump is from 14,000ft and you can expect to experience freefall of approximately 65 seconds.

Why not capture your sky dive with digital photos or on a DVD? Our DVDs are 10-12 minute mini-movies and our digital photos capture 40-50 photos on a CD, all starring you! DVD or digital photos are $99ea or a DVD and digital photo package is $125 (payable directly to the supplier on the day).
