The Air Combat Experience Training Syllabus (ACETS) is a unique combat proven training program that provides corporate teams with a vital opportunity to experience and learn the highly valued mission planning techniques of a fighter pilot.

Our team of authentic top gun fighter pilots can tailor a unique leadership training experience to suit your requirements. By applying combat proven planning and execution techniques along with actual jet flight missions, your people will gain the essential confidence and tools that will allow them to excel, producing results both personally and professionally for years to come. We will teach and introduce actual military leadership and fighter pilot mission planning procedures that will give your staff the skills and strategies to prepare, plan, and manage with military precision. This is often referred to in the military world as, ‘Esprit de Corps’.

Then, with planning process completed, we’ll put them in the cockpit of a military jet and show them first hand how to apply those newly learned techniques in the dynamic air combat environment, giving them a unique insight and experience that was previously known only to highly trained fighter pilots. This takes your group out of their normal training environment, paving the way for true learning and discovery. By combining powerful eye catching presentations with unforgettable military jet sorties, this extremely fun and motivating training syllabus will give them the ‘assets’ to return with a new found performance enhancing confidence and goal attaining blueprint to conquer any task or mission put in front of them!

A DVD recording of the flight may be purchased for an additional cost of $150pp on the day of the flight (price subject to change without notice).

Guidelines:

You must be less than 190cm tall and weigh less than 125kg. You need to be in good general health. Minimum age is 14 years, however, passengers under 18 years will need to be accompanied by their parent or guardian. Passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to fly.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for 10 people. As part of our corporate packages, all group members will receive a fighter pilot jacket, cap and t-shirt. The jacket has a personalised name patch. Other patches can be modified to include your corporate logo.

Weather:

In the event of poor flying conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule your experience for a later date.

Session Length:

We operate 7 days a week, from 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays). Bookings are essential and we require at least 30 days notice. The course includes a 1 hour presentation, a 45 minute flight briefing and each flight is 15 minutes. The entire course will require 8 hours from start to finish.

Extra Info:

Each person is required to sign a full liability waiver. We guarantee that all our passengers will only fly with an actual military trained fighter pilot. Lunch can be provided for an additional cost. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice, will incur a fee. No shows will forfeit their voucher.
