Experience an exhilarating event where your group can actually drive a V8 Race Car on an Australian Championship Racetrack! As they don their helmet and race suit, it’ll be time to get behind the wheel of a V8 prepared race car for the ultimate V8 driving experience in Sydney!

Does your group regularly feel the need for speed? Then, organise a V8 race car driving experience that will have your friends or colleagues pushing the pedal to the metal with the help from an in-car coach!

Your V8 race car group event begins at your private suite with tea and coffee on arrival and time to settle in. Your group will be required to complete the necessary paperwork and you’ll be issued with a wristband and an in-car video. Next, an exclusive 25 minute pre-drive tuition follows that covers safety aspects of the day as well as a few driving tips to help your team get the most out of their day.

Now it is time to drive a V8! Your guests will have a choice of driving an automatic or manual V8 Ford or Holden out on the track for exhilarating laps driving a V8 race car with your own personal in-car coach who will be in constant communication with you via the internal communication system. Your coach will help you to get the most out of your V8 driving experience and is on hand to give you additional tips as you complete the circuit.

After the completion of your V8 race car laps, your group will enjoy lunch and refreshments in your private suite. Throughout the day, our professional crew will be on hand to ensure everyone is looked after.

A V8 drive event makes a memorable sales incentive and relationship building activity with key clients, prospective customers or perfect for the next staff Christmas party. Whatever the objective your guests will be left with an absolute buzz!

You can choose to purchase an In-Car DVD and/or Super Photo Souvenir on the day for $49 each.

Please note: In the event of an accident you will be liable to cover the first $1000 towards the repair costs of the car.

Keilor, Victoria – approximately 45 minutes north-west of Melbourne CBD and Virginia.

Guidelines:

You must be 18 years or older and as a minimum hold a provisional license. Race suits are supplied up to size XXXXL and accommodate people up to 125-130kgs. A V8 automatic Holden is available for drivers who don't hold a manual license.

Numbers:

The price quoted is for 20 people. We operate with a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 200 people on the day. Once you are in the vehicle, you will be with your in-car coach and there will be other drivers on the track at the same time. Other groups may be on the track at the same time.

Weather:

The event may be affected by inclement weather. In the event of poor conditions, we reserve the right to delay or cancel your experience for a later date. We will be in contact with you in the lead up to the event and contact you the day prior to update track conditions.

Session Length:

Corporate events operate on set race days throughout the year on the available dates listed below. Please allow approximately 3-4 hours including lunch. Bookings are required at least 6 weeks in advance.

Extra Info:

All vehicles are late model Ford and Holden’s with full race specification. Driving time is at your own speed. You are encouraged to drive whenever possible, however, hot laps whereby you are a passenger can be made available upon request.
