You and friend can experience the thrill of a scenic flight in a light aircraft as you pass over a patchwork of farms and spectacular forests. Your pilot will fly to the gateway of the Tasmanian wilderness, the majestic Cradle Mountain for spectacular views of the region!
Immediately upon departure from Wynyard, you are embraced with spectacular views of Table Cape. A patchwork of lush green and red earth farmlands of Tasmania's North West Coast is spread below.
Enroute to Cradle Mountain you will fly past St Valentine's Peak, Black Bluff and Lake Lea. Onwards over the highlands to Cradle Mountain, clearly visible below are Crater and Dove Lakes.
The flight continues around Cradle Mountain to view the scenic splendour of Mt Ossa and Barn Bluff and countless small lakes. The flight then turns northwards and past the Leven Canyon and Gunns Plains with its terraced hop fields and river valley farms on your way back to Wynyard.

Flights may be cancelled or curtailed in weather that would make the experience dangerous or unpleasant. Please call our office if in any doubt. Any cancelled flights will be rescheduled for a later date.
Session Length:
Flights are available 7 days a week, subject to availability, throughout the year. During the summer months, bookings should be made at least 10 days in advance. The whole experience will take around 1.5 hours, which includes a little over 60 minutes of actual flying time.
