Yoga Kickstart Session

What is the Experience?

Always wanted to try Yoga but haven't been sure what sort of class to attend, whether it is suitable for your needs/experience? Or have you just started Yoga but are not sure what sort of postures are most suitable for your home practice? This kickstart session makes a perfect introduction.

We provide a one to one session with a qualified yoga teacher to set you on the right track. Use this experience to discuss what kind of yoga, what poses and what focus would work best for you. Following an hour of yoga instruction you will be sent by email two passes to attend yoga classes.

There is a choice of over 220 schools nationally but if the school you’d like to visit isn’t on the list just let us know and we’ll approach them for you. This is an ideal adjunct to regular classes and helps you to work on developing your very own practice.

National Metro areas.

Session Length

The one-on-one session will take an hour or so. The studio classes range between one hour and an hour and a half. We will nearly always be able to match your requested times and will ring to discuss this with you

Guidelines:

This experience is open to anyone at any level of health. Yoga is a corrective therapy and therefore of huge therapeutic value no matter what your current state.

Our teachers and therapists are all qualified, well trained to work with people at all levels of yogic experience and have appropriate Professional Indemnity Insurance.
