Ever wanted to make your life into a yogic experience? Your fully qualified and experienced yoga teacher for the day will arrive with your new yoga mat, poster and seasonal yoga CD.
You and your yoga teacher will spend several hours together, the first hour unraveling the secrets of Pranyamic breath work which is fundamental to any true yoga practice. Afterwards, attend a class together in your area and based on your experience, work together with your teacher to develop a personal daily routine that will assist you to fast track your yoga practice.
After all that yoga spend an hour eating delicious seasonal vegetarian food and discussing revamping your kitchen to fully support your new yoga practice. Finally let it all wash over you with a led meditation to calm and renew. As a follow up you will receive a fully explained and photographed ‘daily yoga prescription’ to assist your practice and a call to make sure you are on the path.

This experience is open to anyone at any level of health. Yoga is a corrective therapy and therefore of huge therapeutic value no matter what your current state.
